Workshops and Event Registration
REGISTRATION FORM
Please select the number of attendees you would like to register for each class
then complete the contact and payment forms below to submit your payment. The
price will be totaled automatically for the workshop(s) you have selected
according to your membership level, workshop(s) attending and number of
attendees.
POLICIES
PAYMENT - Full payment is due upon enrollment, cash, check, Visa/MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
CANCELLATION - HCCC reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule workshops to adjust for enrollment. If it is necessary to cancel a class for any reason, a full refund will be processed.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND - Failure to attend the workshop or provide written notification of withdrawal one week in advance will result in a forfeit of the entire workshop tuition. Those who provide written notice one week in advance of withdrawal will receive a refund of tuition, less the materials fee. No refunds can be given to participants who elect to withdraw from a class once it has begun.
POLICIES - HCCC reserves the right to change workshop instructors when necessary. HCCC reserves the right to refuse enrollment to participants with a history of unacceptable behavior.
DISCOUNTS - HCCC members receive a discount off workshop tuition based on their level of membership. Individual 5%, Family 10% Friend 15%, Partner 20%, Benefactor 50%. Discounts apply to workshop fees only. Materials fees are not subject to discount.
