- Exhibitions Internship
Houston Center for Contemporary Craft seeks an Intern to support the exhibitions program. The successful candidate will work closely with curatorial staff and engage visitors, while learning day to day operations of three gallery spaces. In addition to working with artists and staff, the Intern should demonstrate reliability and a positive upbeat attitude. Current enrollment or recent degree in arts-related studies required. - Education & Arts Administration Internship
Work with HCCC staff to investigate how a mid-size arts organization is run from the inside out. This is a great opportunity to learn the “nuts and bolts” from professionals who have many years of arts and nonprofit experience. Interns will assist with day-to-day operations and the coordination of education programs (on site and off site). Through your internship, you will further understand the role HCCC and craft play in the community. This position reports to the Volunteer Manager.
