At Houston Center for Contemporary Craft (HCCC), we feel it is more important than ever to connect the public with the handmade in our increasingly virtual lives. As we remain the only organization in the region to focus on contemporary craft, we always seek to increase our engagement with the community, so that access to craft and an understanding of making remains available to all.

When you support HCCC, you become part of our mission to advance education on the process, product, and history of craft. Your gift will provide free arts programming for the region, with exhibitions such as CraftTexas 2018 and Tom Loeser: Please Please Please. Contributors like you will engage children and adults with hands-on making activities at our Hands-on Houston or Craft Social educational series and events like Craft Community Day. Your help also supports learning spaces such as our Craft Garden, where visitors can learn how natural materials are used by local craft artists.  And our resident artists will have the opportunity to thrive, working in studio spaces that our supporters make possible.

We sincerely hope you will join us, as we strive to provide free access to arts programming, while supporting the artists that make what we do possible. Thank you for sharing our enthusiasm for the important role craft plays in our modern lives.  Your support will ensure that our mission reaches the Houston community and beyond.

With appreciation,
